Different file systems use different minimum size file allocations.
I remember on some older systems the minimum was 8kb.

If you want to put that unspecified HDD into the MB, then no, as the HDD in that desktop PC from Acer is mist likely a 3.5" S-ATA HDD and MBs and MBPs and many other notebooks use 2.5" S-ATA HDDs.
Yeah i looked everywhere and could't find the size. Im just about to open it up to see.

In addition I would trash anything in the servers folder in the system folder. The network browser tends to put recently connected server aliases in this folder. Sometimes the chooser and network browser won't clean up after each other.

It's hard to give specific advice without code to look at but...
Put the thing you want to move up in it's own movie clip. Put an instance of the clip on top of the background and mercury. Give the instance a name so you can refer to it in action script. They are different ways you could layer stuff, but start simple and only get more complicated if you have to.
I assume you have some actionscript already that is correctly scaling the mercury, right? That's where you want to put the script to move the banner. Assign a value to the .y property to move it up and down. E.g. if your instance is called "banner" then banner.y = 100 will move it to position 100.
Figure out which y position corresponds to 0% and which to 100%. Let's call those two values yfor0 and yfor100. Yuo can then calulate the current .y position for the banner like this:
banner.y = yfor0 + (yfor100 - yfor0) * percentToTarget;
Once you've got that working, add a dynamic text field to the banner movie clip. Give it a name, e.g. percentDisplay. Then you can access it in script. E.g.,
banner.percentDisplay.text = String(percentToTarget * 100) + " %";
(you probably want to play with rounding to whole number for display)
Likewise you probably want to create another text field for displaying the $ amount raised.

Do you have to be a student to buy from your campus store?
Don't think so I've bought Apple merchandise at NMSU, no has ever asked me for an ID or any other proof of being student/faculty/staff. However, I am a student, so maybe they're just used to seeing my face.
Look at it this way, the worst they can tell you is "no." Personally, I doubt that will happen.

Does Vmware Fusion 3 work, Adobe CS 3, and Microsoft Office Student edition 2008 work on 10.7 Dev preview 2?
Thank you.

You need a 2.5" IDE hard drive enclosure or 2.5" to 3.5" IDE adapter.

Macrumors was quick to add to the FUD against Android when Oracle filed their lawsuit against Google over the Java language. Let's see if Oracle's severe blow before the case even goes to trial makes the front page :

So much for that particular piece of FUD.
Down from 132 claims to 3, with 8 prior art references as defense. The other 129 claims were dismissed with prejudice, which means they are long gone.

You don't need Windows running via BC, unless you want to take advantage of all the hardware, like graphic intensive games for example.
Why do you need to create wireless networks via Windows?

No, PPC is completely gone.
A good example of how much of it is gone is that if you even try to compile the smallest app with PPC listed as an architecture you will get at least 9,000 errors related to missing information.
You think anyone will release a standalone PPC emulation application such as Parallel's or would it still require Lion to carry over necessary kext's?
