The only thing I don't like about the latest iCal is the fact that days in month view can't be highlighted in any way whatsoever.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I wasn't sure what to search for. What do the numbers under a some Macrumors forums usernames mean? Its in place of "Macrumors Member" and says for example "Macrumors 68000".

Do you have a link to this rumors ?
If it turn out to be true and you are in a position were you can afford to wait, I would do so...
Buying a computer with a Core 2 Duo CPU sounds like a bad idea right now...

Great tip, but this tag has been around for a long long while. Not really anything new for experienced HTMLers...
Actually, I had no clue about this tag, or I had forgotten about it. I'm sure I'll never use it, but it is handy!

When he said BLUERAY everyone thought that in that minute Steve will announce the Blueray integration to the product line.

Did you buy it from a crack head?
Nope, I bought it on the forums for $225. Apple sent me a new one as the one I bought was having issues. I popped in the serial and bam, got the credit.

I'm working on Season 1 of Glee via Netflicks. Never seems to catch it while it was/is on TV. I like the show.

How exactly are they stiffing you? 1 year ago, you agreed to a 2 year contract in return for a subsidized iPhone. You are less than half way into that contract and you want another subsidized iPhone? Where exactly does that compute as "stiffing".
Last time I looked, both Apple and AT&T were in business to make money.
You pay an extra $200 with a new 2 year contract
$299.00 — 8GB iPhone 3G (black)
$399.00 — 16GB iPhone 3G S (black or white)
$499.00 — 32GB iPhone 3G S (black or white)
The prices you stated are no-contract prices.

At the moment, everything I have is stored on a 2TB drive which is backed up every night, sometimes twice a day.
There will be one numbered and named project folder corresponding to its details on a spreadsheet, all of the following go into this one folder:
Emails, quotes, invoices, print specs etc all get saved into a Correspondence folder. Pencil scamps get scanned at 600ppi and saved as greyscale high quality JPGs. Intermediate InDesign or Quark files get tossed, except for any Illustrator or Photoshop files that I can perhaps reuse layers from later... and they go into a Working files folder.
Signoff PDF proofs get stashed in the Proofs folder. Final output files get collected or packaged into separate folders with linked images and fonts. Press PDFs go into a Press PDF folder.
Once all collated, the job folder is compressed into a disk image with its number and project name, dumped into the Design Archive and indexed using CD Finder so I can quickly retrieve any file just by keyword or file name.
Hard copies (usually three of each) go into boxes and stored horizontally in the closet. Every year or so, I weed these out, keeping only the best stuff that might end up in the back of a print portfolio at some point... I have to be strict with myself because a lot of the stuff I've done in the past are publications, sometimes with hundreds of pages. They get really heavy and take up a lot of space.
Also, any decent hard copies (one in eight, say) get photographed with a DSLR from a number of angles, spreads and covers, against a white background for possible inclusion into portfolio.

I use the DVD and CD collector from these guys. They are not free but they are pretty damn good. They even have an iPhone app...

well what you should do is Set it up first just with 1000 base/t I think that should be plenty. In almost all cases you don't even use a full 1000 base/t line, as the hard drives are your limitation. So set it up with 1000 base/t then you can take a look at activity monitor and see if your getting close to maxing out a connection.

The optimum configuration is A:4,4,0,0 B:2,2,1,1 as this places more equal amounts of memory on each riser.
Thank you Umbongo! That worked like a charm! Much appreciated!

It takes a while before the system recognises you have more than 250 posts, so just wait some hours, as you have made your 250th post less eight minutes ago.
A look at the FAQs would have answered your question:

There are a couple of options for you. Either install OS X to the new blank drive. When the install is complete and the computer boots, you will be presented with the option to migrate data from another source (computer, TimeMachine, etc...).

The other option is to use Carbon Copy Cloner to create a bootable replica of your system drive.
Here is an article outlining the steps for migrating to a new system using TimeMachine:

try using isopropyl on a cotton bud whilst the phone is off obviously not only does it clean very well it evaporates very quickly therefore not causing water damage to you speaker, just be very cautious when doing so. if not apple store :)
